Greenphil Limited, established in 2009 and based in Hong Kong, is an all-rounded landscape and arboricultural service company. Greening is our speciality and we value much on user’s need. While we are professional in tailor-made services for the clients’ specific needs, our services cover the following major aspects:

1. Tree and Landscape Management Advice

Provision of professional advice on the management of plants (esp. trees) for land owners and property management offices, in accordance with their particular needs on landscape function, users’ concern, maintenance requirements and budget. Tree risk assessment is part of the services only and is conducted by experienced professionals.

2. Landscape Design / Ecosystem Enhancement

Provision of landscape design (esp. plantings) with reference to the users’ needs and according to specific site condition. Significant effort is made on determining the actual needs of the client with considerations on sustainability, maintenance needs and innovation. We are also experienced in restoring ecological function through appropriate planting design and implementation.

3. Landscape Works / Tree Works

With strong experience in different contracts, our professionals provide efficient and high-quality implementation of landscape/tree soft works.

4. Statutory Submission and Expert Witness

While statutory submission is required for landscape treatment (e.g. tree works including transplanting and removal / replacement / etc.), a professional experienced in government submission is critical in lowering the client’s time and monetary cost in the negotiation process with the government authority. We are also experienced in legal cases related to tree issue.

5. Training

We offer training to practitioners of related disciplines, incorporated owners and property management officers on tree / landscape management. We also deliver workshops for those property managers in facilitating their tendering process and contractor’s management.

1. 樹木和園林管理建議

根據業權人和物業管理單位對景觀功能之期望、用戶的關注、保養要求和財政預算等因素，為植物（尤以樹木）的管理提供專業建議。樹木風險評估僅為服務內容之一部分而已，所有服務皆由經驗豐富的專業人員進行。

2. 園林設計/生態改善

根據用戶的需求和具體的現場條件提供園林設計（尤其是種植）。我們的設計致力照顧可持續性、保養需求和創新等因素，以切合客戶的實際需要。我們同時具有通過適當的植物配置以修復生態功能的經驗。

3. 園林/樹木工程

憑不同工程項目的豐富經驗，我們的專業人員提供高效和高質的景觀/樹木維護工程。

4. 法規上之申請/專家證人

景觀的工程不時需要按法規提交申請文件（如樹木工程包括移植和移除/更換/等申請），我們的專業人員能於與政府部門的談判交涉過程中降低客戶的時間和金錢成本。另外，我們同時具樹木案件相關的法庭專家作證經驗。

5. 培訓

我們為相關範疇的從業人員、業主和物業管理人員提供有關樹木/園林管理的培訓。我們樂意為物業經理提供研討會，以促進他們日常的招標過程和對服務供應商的管理。
